1. Creditors may not take any action against the estate from the time of recording the order appointing the executor of the estate, nor may they continue any enforcement measure they have taken except against the executor of the estate. 2. All actions taken against the decedent shall be suspended until all the estate's debts are settled, upon the request of any of the interested parties.
