1. There shall be no appeal against the judgment awarding the auction, save for a defect in the auction procedures or in the form of the judgment, or because it has been issued without a stay of the procedures in a case in which a stay was legally mandatory. 2. An appeal shall be brought by the normal means, within (7) seven days from the date of the pronouncement of the judgment.
