1. A custodian may not apply to be relieved of the custodianship before the day scheduled for the sale save for reasons necessitating that course, and their relief shall be by order on petition made by the Execution Judge. 2. The Execution Bailiff shall make an inventory of the items attached upon the new custodian taking over their function, and a minutes shall be made of the inventory to be signed by the custodian, and a copy thereof shall be given to them.
