1. The Case Management Office of the Court with which the appeal is filed shall request that the file of the first instance case be joined – whether electronically or in a paper format – on the day immediately the filing day of the appeal. 2. The Case Management Office of the First Instance Court that has rendered the judgment shall send the case file – whether electronically or in a paper format – not later than ten [10] days of the date of being requested to do the same. For summary proceedings, such a time limit shall be reduced up to three [3] days.
