1. The wills of the persons governed by the provisions of this Decree-Law shall be recorded in the register prepared for this purpose in accordance with the procedures specified by the Executive Regulations of this Decree-Law. 2. The married couple may fill out a will registration form during the signing of the marriage contract to indicate how the property will be distributed in the event of the death of either of them.
