A Will shall be implemented pursuant to: 1. By virtue of an order issued by the competent court, where the Will is registered on the Register 2. By virtue of a judgment issued by the competent court based on a written application by the beneficiary of the Will or his guardian in accordance with the procedures for instituting cases, where the Will is not registered on the Register.
