The Will shall be executed before the distribution of the inheritance. However, the Will shall not be executed or the estate’s assets distributed unless the following requirements has been fulfilled and in accordance with the following order: 1. The funeral expenses; 2. Expenses for managing the estate and executing the Will. 3. Remuneration of the Executor and estate administrator. 4. Debts owed from the estate, according to the privilege levels stipulated in the effective laws.
