1. The Government shall provide guardianship for the Central Bank’s premises, and the security escort needed for the safe transport of funds and valuables, free of charge. 2. The Central Bank may establish necessary controls, guidelines and operational requirements to ensure the safety of the transfer of funds and valuables by providers of such services.
