The Central Bank may elect to involve the public or industry professionals, within a prescribed time period, in providing their opinions on draft regulations and rules regulating the business of Licensed Financial Institutions and Licensed Financial Activities. 2. For transparency and public interest purposes, the Central Bank may publish comments and opinions referred to in item (1) of this article.
