1. Subject to the exception set forth in Article (2) of this Decree by Law, public joint-stock companies shall be required to list their shares on the Market. 2. The listing of Securities and Foreign Securities on the Market shall be conducted in accordance with the resolutions issued thereby, provided that such Securities are registered with the Authority prior to their listing.
