The claim suspension period shall come to an end in any of the following cases: 1. The Bankruptcy Court ratifies the preventive settlement proposal. 2. Issuance of a decision by the Bankruptcy Court to terminate preventive settlement proceedings. 3. Expiration of the period stipulated in Clause (1) of Article (59) of this Law.
