Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law — Article 285 — Article (285)

Unless otherwise stipulated in this Chapter, the debtor declared bankrupt shall recover the rights which have been denied to them under the provisions of this law, upon the lapse of one year from the bankruptcy proceeding end date.
