1. Any interested party may file an appeal against the Bankruptcy Court's decision before the Court of Appeal, not later than thirty (30) days from the date of service or notification of the decision. 2. Judgments issued by the Bankruptcy Court may be appealed before the Court of Appeal, not later than thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of the judgment.
