Invalidating the composition shall results in the discharge of the bona fide surety, who guarantees the implementation of the terms of the composition. Rescission of the composition shall not result in the discharge of the surety who guarantees the implementation of its terms. Such surety shall be required to appear in the hearings during which the application for rescission of composition is to be considered.
