The creditor, whose debt is contingent upon a resolutory condition, shall only be involved in the proceedings where it provides a Surety or sufficient security. For the creditor whose debt is contingent upon a suspensive condition, its share in the distributions shall be set aside until the position of its debt becomes clear.
