1. The Minister of Economy shall issue the Code of Ethical Conduct for Arbitrators in coordination with the arbitral entities in the State. 2. The Minister of Justice or the president of the competent judicial body shall establish rosters of arbitrators who are to be selected in accordance with the provision of Article (11) of this Law.
