Applies to real estate, rights and legal acts for which Omani law requires or permits an entry in the real-estate register.
Limitations and exclusions
Does not create eligibility to acquire land where ownership or usufruct is restricted and does not replace prior approvals, planning, development licensing or encumbrance due diligence.
