Scope and exclusions
Applies to
For genetic, biometric and health data, racial or ethnic origin, sexual life, political or religious opinions or beliefs, criminal convictions and security measures where Article 5's permit requirement applies.
Limitations and exclusions
The form does not replace analysis of Article 3 exceptions, lawful processing grounds, explicit consent, notices, security, data-subject rights, sector rules or approvals for offshore processing of sensitive data.
