Scope and exclusions
Applies to
Covers the content and recording of the consent request, linkage to a specific purpose and later proof of the data subject's choice.
Limitations and exclusions
Consent should not be formalistic or bundled across incompatible purposes; it does not replace other controller duties and must be withdrawn from use or refreshed where the law or a changed purpose requires.
