Applies before transferring personal data outside Oman. MTCIT's FAQ states that sensitive data additionally requires approval from the Cyber Defence Centre.

Limitations and exclusions

Completing the form does not legalise a transfer without applicable consent or exception, necessary approvals, adequate safeguards and compliance with sector restrictions.
