Scope and exclusions
Applies to
Applies to Omani-nationality applications submitted by the person concerned, a lawful representative or, where provided, through an Omani embassy or consulate.
Limitations and exclusions
Does not create an automatic entitlement to nationality or replace the substantive conditions in Law 17/2025, any required Royal Decree or competent-authority discretion; it does not govern ordinary visas or residence permits.
