Lifts the restrictions in Decisions 166/2021, 249/2022 and 53/2025 on live birds and their products, derivatives and waste from France, while expressly retaining them for Dordogne, Haute-Garonne and Tarn-et-Garonne. Made under the Veterinary Quarantine Law 45/2004, its Executive Regulation 107/2008, the competent veterinary authority's recommendation and the public interest. The Decision is published in the Official Gazette and applies from the day following publication.

Scope and exclusions
Applies to
French origin except the expressly excluded departments of Dordogne, Haute-Garonne and Tarn-et-Garonne.
Limitations and exclusions
Lifts only the restriction imposed by the expressly cited earlier decisions and only for the named territories and products. It does not remove other prohibitions or sanitary, veterinary, customs, permit or documentary requirements; later decisions must be checked before shipment.
