Applies from 1 April 2026 to storage at customs points according to mode of arrival and the status of the goods.

Limitations and exclusions

The Decision expressly excludes goods under Article 166 of the Unified Customs Law from these periods; sale and other consequences are governed by the Law, including Article 170.
