Scope and exclusions

Applies to

A ruling operates at all customs points within its stated subject and validity; the official portal states a minimum six-month validity and issuance within 60 days after a complete application.

Limitations and exclusions

A separate application is required for each product and issue. A ruling may be rejected or cancelled, does not prevent physical inspection and does not cover facts that were not fully disclosed.
