Applies to the National Records Centre and public and other bodies treated as relevant authorities under Law 52/2024, including their databases and integration requests.
Limitations and exclusions
Does not grant private persons or authorities unrestricted access to data and does not displace personal-data protection, information-security, confidentiality, tax- or banking-secrecy and purpose-limitation rules.
