Scope and exclusions
Applies to
The schedule covers municipal leadership for Muscat, Muttrah, Al Amerat, Bawshar, Seeb and Qurayyat, health and enforcement managers, engineers, building, technical, health and food inspectors, veterinary and other specialists.
Limitations and exclusions
Does not confer general police powers or expand offences, penalties, or the territorial and functional competence of the relevant office. Other laws and staff outside the schedule are not covered.
