Applies only to property within an officially approved ITC and to persons and transactions meeting the special regime's conditions.
Limitations and exclusions
Does not create foreign ownership outside an ITC and does not displace title registration, real-estate regulation, project escrow, planning, residence, finance, tax, service-charge or due-diligence requirements.
