Scope and exclusions
Applies to
Applies to the specified purchaser, owner and legal-representative categories upon certification by the competent authority; the purchaser visa is valid for six months to one year, may be extended for an equivalent period and permits stays of no more than three months per entry.
Limitations and exclusions
Property ownership alone does not guarantee grant or continuation of status; the amendment does not displace foreign-ownership restrictions, verification of the property and owner, police immigration powers or other conditions. Transfer of the property terminates the owner's and accompanying family's status as prescribed.
