The Tax Cases Directorate attached to the Chairman has exclusive authority to represent the Authority in actions and tax appeals brought by or against it before courts of every type and level, before the Committee and before any other administrative committee or body on which the law confers judicial jurisdiction. Copies of notices relating to statements of claim and tax appeals, judgments and other papers concerning those actions, appeals and grievances must be delivered to that Directorate.
