The Constitutive Documents shall particularly include the following data: 1. name of the company and its principal place of business; 2. objectives of the company; 3. amount of the share capital, the number of the shares to which it is divided and value and type of the share; 4. names, nationalities, places of residence and addresses of the founders and the number of shares subscribed for by each one of them; 5. number of the members of the board of directors; 6. duration of the company, if it is for a limited duration, its commencement date and the expiry date.
