A company shall be bound by any act or action performed by the ordinary or extraordinary general meetings, the board of directors or any of its committees, or the Executive Management during the course of their performance of the normal business. In all circumstances, the obligation of the company by the aforementioned acts or actions shall not preclude the responsibility of the persons who performed them.
