Applies to
Applies to Muscat Clearing and Depository, exchange trades, settlement participants and banks, and the financial and registration operations expressly covered by the Regulation.
Limitations and exclusions
It is not the CBO payment-systems regime and does not govern settlement of every off-exchange commercial transaction. It must be read with the 127/2024 amendment, the Securities Law and Decision E/11/2026.
