Royal Decree 79/2026 · Amendment to the Basic Statute of the State
Wherever it occurs in the Basic Statute of the State, the expression "Public Prosecution" in its new Arabic designation (النيابة العامة) shall replace the former Arabic designation (الادعاء العام).

All provisions contrary to this Decree or inconsistent with its provisions are hereby repealed.
