Scope and exclusions
Applies to
Covers closed joint-stock companies applying for or admitted to the market, their founders, boards, disclosures and qualified-investor trades. Direct and indirect listing routes carry distinct financial, operating, growth and shareholder criteria.
Limitations and exclusions
The market is not open to unrestricted retail trading and is not a general fund or financial-institution licensing regime. Company and investor eligibility requires separate review under FSA and exchange decisions.
