Powers attach to office rather than a named individual: the schedule covers municipal managers, heads of specialised sections, engineers, inspectors, veterinary and technical staff in Al Dakhiliyah.
Limitations and exclusions
Does not confer general police powers or expand substantive offences, penalties, or the territorial and functional competence of the relevant office. Other laws and staff outside the schedule are not covered by this Decision.
