1.The court or the supervising judge, as the case may be, may hear the testimony of witnesses via means of remote communication. Every witness shall be privately heard, unless the same is impossible. The transcript shall be signed by the judge and the clerk. 2.During remote trials, if the testimony of witnesses is impossible to be heard via means of remote communication for any reason whatsoever, the competent court or the supervising judge shall order that the witness appear in person. The order so issued shall indicate the chamber before which the witness shall appear and the hearing date.
