With the exception of the special cases in which the law stipulates closure, the court may, upon prohibiting a person from practising his work according to the provisions of Article (131) of this Law, order that the closure of the premises in which he practises said work for a period not less than one month and not exceeding one year. Closure shall entail the prohibition to carry out the same work or trade or industry in the same premises, whether by the convict or through one of the members of his family or any other person to whom the convict had leased or assigned the premises after he committed the crime. But the prohibition shall not affect the owner of the premises or any other person having an in-kind right thereto and having no connection with the crime.
