If the tutor, guardian, curator or proxy of an absent is convicted for a crime which he has committed in violation of the duties of his authority, the court may order the forfeiture of his tutorship, guardianship, curatorship or proxy relating to the absentee. The forfeiture shall be mandatory if he commits a crime disqualifying him of being a tutor, guardian, curator or proxy of the absentee.
