Forfeiture of tutorship, guardianship, curatorship or proxy relating to an absentee, is to deprive the convict of exercising such power, whether it concerns the person or the funds. Forfeiture shall be for the period determined by the court. And the court may restrict forfeiture to only some of the powers resulting from tutorship, guardianship, curatorship or proxy relating to the absentee.
