Article 120 — Article (120)

The Public Prosecution shall supervise the execution of probation by virtue of periodical reports to be submitted thereto every (3) three months at least, by the competent administrative authority with respect to the conduct of the convict. The court who has issued the judgment may, at the request of the convict or the Public Prosecution, amend the restrictions of such probation or exempt from the convict from all or part of them after hearing the opinion of the Public Prosecution.
