Article 107 — Article (107) Number of Founders

1. Five or more persons may form a Joint Stock Company. 2. The Federal Government, the Local Government and any Company or entity wholly owned by either may hold an equity stake in a Public Joint Stock Company or incorporate by itself a Public Joint Stock Company, and may also join, in contribution to the share capital, a number less than that provided for in Clause [1] of this Article. 3. The conversion of any Company into a Public Joint Stock Company shall not be governed by the minimum number mentioned in Clause [1] of this Article.
