Article 106 — Article (106) Name of the Company

Every Public Joint Stock Company shall have a trade name, which may not be the name of a natural person, unless the object of the Company is to exploit a patent registered in the name of such person or if the Company owns a trade name or acquires the right to use such a name. In all cases, the words "Public Joint Stock Company" shall be suffixed to the name of the Company.
