Part Six: Pleas, Impleader, Invention and Interlocutory Applications · Chapter Three: Interlocutory Applications

The Plaintiff may submit any interlocutory applications which: 1.Introduce correction of the original claim or amendment of its subject-matter so as to address circumstances which have occurred or been revealed after the case has been instituted; 2.Are supplement to, dependent upon, or inseparably associated with the original claim; 3.Involve addition to, or amendment of, the cause of action, while maintaining the subject-matter of the application as it stands; 4.Seek a precautionary measure; or 5.Are permitted by the court to be submitted for being associated with the original claim.
