Article 94 — Article (94) Provisions Applicable to Contracts, New Financing and the Creditors' Committee

Part Two · Chapter Two: Consequences of the Decision to Initiate Proceedings

The provisions stipulated in Part I of this Law regarding preventive settlement shall apply to contracts, new financing and the Creditors' Committee.
