Article 93 — Article (93) Expiry of Claim Suspension Period
Part Two · Chapter Two: Consequences of the Decision to Initiate Proceedings
The claims suspension period shall end in any of the following cases:
1. The Bankruptcy Court approves the plan.
2. The Bankruptcy Court issues a decision to terminate the proceedings.
