1.The oath shall be taken if the person taking the same says, "I swear by the Almighty God to say all the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth". The oath shall, at the request of the person taking the oath, be taken according to his religion or belief. 2.The oath shall be taken as per the wording approved by the court.
