1.Presumption established by law relieves the person in whose favor such a presumption was established from the need for any other means of evidence; however, such presumption may be rebutted by any other means of evidence, unless otherwise stipulated. 2.The court may infer other presumptions for the purpose of evidence in the cases where the testimony evidence is allowed, and shall indicate the significance thereof. 3.The court may use scientific means to infer presumptions.
