1. When the Public Prosecution transfers the case to the criminal court, it shall instruct the Accused, the Plaintiff and the party liable for the same to immediately submit a list of the witnesses required to give testimony before the court, containing their names and places of residence. 2. The Public Prosecution shall make a list of its own witnesses and of those mentioned in the Clause [1] of this Article. 3. Such a list shall be served upon both the Accused and the witnesses mentioned therein.
