1. Where the investigation covers several interrelated crimes falling within the jurisdiction of courts of the same instance, all of which shall be transferred by a single order to the court having the territorial jurisdiction over any of such crimes. 2. In the event that the crimes fall within the jurisdiction of courts of different instances, they all shall be transferred to the court of the higher instance.
