Article 111 — Article (111) Shareholder's Compliance with the AOA

1. Subject to the provisions of this Decree Law, the AOA of the Company shall, once the latter is registered in the commercial register maintained by the Competent Authority, be binding upon all its shareholders. 2. Any amount payable by a shareholder to the Company under the provisions of the AOA shall be deemed a debt owed by such shareholder to the Company.
